Excellent Mold Design

The tooling design is the soul of mold making, which plays a key role in the success of the tooling. So Winzun Mold pays special attention to design capabilities.

Winzun Mold has very good capabilities in mold design. We have got a set of the mature design processes, from parts analysis(DFM), mold flow analysis, structural analysis to process analysis. The software we use is Unigraphics, Pro-E and CAD.

All designers at Winzun Mold have more than 10 years of experience in exporting tooling design. They are able to read customer’s requirements in English and familiar with North American and European standards, like DME, HASCO, MEUSBURGER, etc. We are able to design more than 30 sets of complex molds monthly.

We are experienced in material:ABS, PC,PA66,PA,PP,POM, PMMA etc, also special material: PEEK, PPS, TPU,PES, PPS etc.
The ultimate goal of the injection mold making service is the production of injection-molded parts. The molds produced can either be used by the clients for their own injection molding production or entrusted to manufacturers for injection molding production.
