Our project management team has a sole aim and that is to control the manufacturing processing and quality,this passion shows through to the final product.
Main responsibilities of the project team:
1. Accurately and timely convey all communication information between customers and company.
2. Control part quality level, such as appearance and dimensions,make sure quality match customer's requirement.
3. Follow up mold progress, to make sure each milestone be realized as planning. Inspect mold function.
4. Coordinate and implement customer requirements, coordinate internally and communicate with customerto solve the actual problems of mold.
5. Control project quality and cost, and strive for customer satisfaction.
