Liquid Silicone Rubber

Liquid Silicone Rubber is atwo-part platinum-cured silicone, which is a high-purity and non-toxic materials with lower compression set, lower outgassing, wide working temperature, highly tensile strength and highly tear resistance.

Injection Molding of Liquid Silicone Rubber, as one kind of thermosetting material, which needs intensive distributive mixing and needle shut-off valves in aim to maintain LSR materials at a low temperature before it injected into the heated cavities chambers for vulcanization. LSR Injection Molding mainly suit to produce high-quality and precision molded liquid silicone parts at high volume.

Liquid Silicone Rubber consist of glue A and glue B, which are controlled to be 1:1 ratio dosing device, and fully mixed by a static mixes and then injected into injection tubes. Liquid Silicone Rubber LSR, as a transparent or translucent liquid silicone, which can be pigmented to gain any color requirements through controllers.
